Having been in the Holiday industry for over 20 years I have worked at the highest levels of Caravan Park Management, notably 18 years with Bourne Leisure as a General Manager, during this time as one  of Bourne's Senior General Managers. I was involved in all aspects of the business notably Sales & Marketing, Recruitment and the day to day managing of a caravan park.
